Instructions to make Green Smoothie:
  1. Wash spinach leaves and apple thoroughly and chop.Peel of banana and cut into 2 halves.
  2. In a blender jar add Coconut milk,then spinach leaves,flax seeds,Almonds dates,ginger,Ashwagandha powder,apple, banana.Add lemon juice.Now blend into fine smoothy.
  3. No dried fruits are necessary.Consume at room temperature.use fresh or frozen.Transfer the green smoothy into serving glass.1 serving should be 500 ml.consume fresh.fresh is best.or keep in sealed container,refrigerate for about 24 hours.It gives 300_400 calories
