Cut up cheese block and put directly in crock pot with milk. Crock pot on high. Takes a minimum of 20 minutes to melt cheese. Mix intermittently to prevent cheese burning to the side of the crock pot.
After adding cheese to crock pot make pot of water for boiling noodles. Add salt. Cook noodles to box instructions.
While cooking noodles and cheese. Brown meat with diced onion. Drain when done.
Add water, Worcestershire, garlic salt, pepper to browned meat. Cook until water is gone.
Add noodles and meat to cheese. Mix thoroughly. If you want soupy cheese serve immediately. I like thick cheese so I let it continue to cook on low heat for about 10 minutes then serve.
