  2. Heat ghee in a wok, roast semolina 1 minute, then add grind dal and roast it on medium low flame.
  3. Keep stirring at low flame.
  4. When dal roast well till light brown, add warm milk and water and malai.
  5. When halva will thick, add sugar to taste and chopped dry fruits.
  6. Cooked it for 2..3 minute.
  7. Take bowl add halwa, garnish with chopped dry fruits and serve hot.
