  2. Take 4 table spoon magarine

Steps to make Fish roll:
  1. In a bowl,combine the fish with the onion,green onio and cayenne pepper mash and set aside.
  2. In another bowl add flour,baking powder,sugar,salt and margarine.then use your finger to incorporate the margarine into the flour untill it comes out crumbly.
  3. Crack the egg and mix untill it's absorbed.then add water a little at a time over the pastry untill the dough comes together,becomes soft.
  4. Roll out the dough to about 1/8inch thick,then cut into small rectangles.
  5. Take each of the cut of dough.spoon about 1 to 11/2 tablespoon of the mashed fish inside the pastry.then roll the dough as you would roll up a mat and secure the tips a little bit to prevent the fish from spilling into the oil.
  6. Place the fish roll on a tray untill reasy to fry.repeat with the remaining dough and fillings.
  7. Preheat some vegetable oil in a deep pan.fry a couple of fish roll at a time.onces it changes colour to deep brown is fone.
  8. Select out and place in a sieve to drain the oil.
