Prepare 200 gm wheat flour(Aata)
Prepare 1 tsp oil
Prepare 1/2 tsp salt
Take 100 gm water for knead
Take 4 medium-size boil/steam potatoes

Make ready 4 boil/ steam medium size potatoes 🥔
Get 1/2 tsp garam masala
Make ready 1/2 tsp finely chopped green chili

Prepare 1/2 tsp cumin(jeera) powder
Make ready 1/2 tsp ginger paste
Get 1 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves

Prepare 6 tsp oil
Get 100 gm wheat flour
Instructions to make Potato Paratha:
Firstly, combine the wheat dough by taking wheat flour, oil, salt, enough water and knead
Further, in a large mixing bowl take 4 boiled potato and mashed very well
Add mashed potatoes,salt, chopped green chili, ginger paste, cumin powder,garam masala, coriander powder, and coriander leaves.Making sure all the ingredients are mix together
Divide the dough into 2 equal portions,make a ball and dust with some wheat flour. further, roll a ball in a circle of about 5 inches in diameter
Place a potato stuffing in the center of the circle
Bring together all the sides in the center and seal tightly
Roll again into a circle of 5 inches in diameter circle with a little flour
On a hot tawa place the rolled paratha and cook for a minute until golden brown spot appear
Furthermore, flip the paratha untill golden brown
Brush oil/ghee, flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly
Repeat the same process with the remaining dough, and stuffing to make more parantha
Finally, serve hot aloo paratha with butter, sauce, yogurt, or pickle.
