Get Mushroom 🍄 Marinade: for 15 to 30 mins
Take 200 gms Mushroom
Get 2 tbsp Curd/Yogurt
Prepare 1/8 tsp Turmeric powder
Prepare 1 tsp Coriander powder
Get 3/4 tsp Garam masala
Prepare 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
Take 2 tsp Besan/Chickpea flour
Prepare 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
Make ready 1/2 tsp Dried Fenugreek leaves/kasoori Methi
Take 1 tsp Oil
Take 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
Take 1 tbsp Lemon juice
Make ready Salt needed
Prepare Cook & Grind:
Prepare 2 tsp Oil
Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds
Make ready 10 Cashews
Take 1 Onion
Get 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
Prepare Salt needed
Get 1 Big Tomato
Prepare 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Prepare 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
Get 1 tsp Coriander powder
Get 1/2 tsp Garam masala
Get Water needed
Prepare Mushroom Tikka in pan:
Get 1/2 tbsp Butter
Take 1 tsp Oil
Get Marinated Mushrooms
Make ready Salt
Get 2 Bayleaves
Prepare as needed Kasoori methi
Get 1/2 tsp Sugar
Instructions to make Mushroom Tikka masala:

Add all the ingredients under Marinade & add cleaned mushrooms. Mix & let it sit for about 15 to 30 mins.
In a pan, add Oil, Cashews & Cumin seeds. Then add Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, salt to cook the Onions faster. Cook until raw smell goes.
Then add Tomatoes & cook till mushy. Add Turmeric, Chilli, Cumin, Coriander & Garam masala powders. Let it cook for 2 mins. Remove from heat, cool & Grind to fine paste.
In another pan, add Butter & Oil to fry the mushrooms. Once hot add the mushroom & fry till it is completely cooked. Set aside.
In the same pan, add oil if needed. Add Bay leaves & fry for a minute. Then add the ground Onion Tomato paste. Cook for 2 mins. Add Water if needed.
Then add the prepared Mushroom tikka into the sauce. Cook for 5 mins.
Add Sugar. Check & adjust Salt. Then Garnish with Coriander or Dried Fenugreek leaves/Kasoori methi.
