  5. Prepare 1 tsp Coriander powder
  6. Get 3/4 tsp Garam masala

  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  10. Make ready 1/2 tsp Dried Fenugreek leaves/kasoori Methi
  11. Take 1 tsp Oil
  12. Take 1 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  13. Take 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  14. Make ready Salt needed
  15. Prepare Cook & Grind:
  16. Prepare 2 tsp Oil
  17. Prepare 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  18. Make ready 10 Cashews
  19. Take 1 Onion
  20. Get 2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
  21. Prepare Salt needed
  22. Get 1 Big Tomato
  23. Prepare 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
  24. Prepare 1 tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder
  25. Get 1 tsp Coriander powder
  26. Get 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  27. Get Water needed
  28. Prepare Mushroom Tikka in pan:
  29. Get 1/2 tbsp Butter
  30. Take 1 tsp Oil
  31. Get Marinated Mushrooms
  32. Make ready Salt
  33. Get 2 Bayleaves
  34. Prepare as needed Kasoori methi
  35. Get 1/2 tsp Sugar
Instructions to make Mushroom Tikka masala:

  2. Add all the ingredients under Marinade & add cleaned mushrooms. Mix & let it sit for about 15 to 30 mins.
  3. In a pan, add Oil, Cashews & Cumin seeds. Then add Onion, Ginger Garlic Paste, salt to cook the Onions faster. Cook until raw smell goes.
  4. Then add Tomatoes & cook till mushy. Add Turmeric, Chilli, Cumin, Coriander & Garam masala powders. Let it cook for 2 mins. Remove from heat, cool & Grind to fine paste.
  5. In another pan, add Butter & Oil to fry the mushrooms. Once hot add the mushroom & fry till it is completely cooked. Set aside.
  6. In the same pan, add oil if needed. Add Bay leaves & fry for a minute. Then add the ground Onion Tomato paste. Cook for 2 mins. Add Water if needed.
  7. Then add the prepared Mushroom tikka into the sauce. Cook for 5 mins.
  8. Add Sugar. Check & adjust Salt. Then Garnish with Coriander or Dried Fenugreek leaves/Kasoori methi.
  9. Enjoy the delicious restaurant style gravy with Roti, Chapathi or Rice.
