Instructions to make Gajar ka halwa and moong dal pakora (Ram ladoo):
GAJAR kA HALWA.Add ghee in pan and heat it.now add grated carrot.cook it on low flame for 15min.add milk and cook for 15mins.add raisins.
Keep checking whether carrot is properly cooked in milk.once it's cooked add cardamom,sugar.cook for 5mins.add kaju.cook for 2mins.garnish with crushed dry fruits and coconut.gajar ka halwa is ready.
MOONG DAL PAKORA (RAMLADOO)grind moong dal,chana dal,ginger, green chilli to rough course.
Add salt,haldi,jeera powder,red chilli powder and hing.mix all well.
Heat oil in pan and fry these small portion like pakora on low flame till golden red.
CHUTNEY-grind Raddish, coriander leaves along ginger, green chilli to fine paste.add salt and lime juice.
Serve moong dal pakora or ramladoo with grated Raddish and Raddish leaves.sprinkle some chaat masala and green chutney.
