  1. Add ghee in a pan reserve a tbsp for greasing add gramflour and roast on low flame till golden brown aromatic.
  2. Meanwhile grease a thali with the tbsp ghee we reserved earlier for greasing set the thali aside
  3. Keep checking the besan keep mixing to avoid burning once it is browned evenly add the saffron soaked in milk earlier
  4. The mixture will bubble up keep flame low and keep mixing till it stops bubbling away and all milk is absorbed into the mixture
  5. Remove from heat and set mixture aside Add sugar water and cardamon powder in a vessel keep flame low keep mixing till all the sugar crystals are completely dissolved
  6. Once sugar is dissolved check for string consistency syrup should be sticky when u touch between fingers and should release one string when finger and thumb are pulled apart
  7. As soon as a string consistency is formed immediately off the gas and pour this syrup gently into the gramflour mix remember gas is off
  8. Just mix syrup well soon all the syrup will be absorbed into the gramflour mixture and after 2 to 3 minutes mixture will become thick
  9. Now pour this mixture into greased thali decorate with nuts flatten surface with spoon and set aside to cool completely u can cool it and refrigerate for 15 minutes too.
  10. Then cut into pieces and serve store in air tight containers can stay fresh upto 2 weeks time and you can refrigerate this for a months time and relish it.
