The ingredients needed to make Mutter Barfi:
  1. Get 250 gms Mutter
  2. Get 100 gms Milk powder
  3. Prepare 150 gms Sugar or as per taste
  4. Prepare 1 tsp Ghee
  5. Prepare 1/2 tsp Elaichi powder
  6. Get as needed Silver foil to garnish
Instructions to make Mutter Barfi:
  1. Wash and coarsely grind fresh green mutter.
  2. Now heat thick bottom pan. Add ghee.
  3. Add mutter and cook for 10 mins on low flame.
  4. Now add sugar and milk powder.
  5. Mix well. Keep stirring till mixture gets thicken and leaves the pan.
  6. Take out on greased thali. Spread it evenly. Put silver foil. Press it little.
  7. Let it rest for 5 mins. Cut it into desired shape.
  8. Enjoy delicious mutter barfi.
