  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp chopped almonds for garnishing
Instructions to make Gajar ka halwa:
  1. Heat a pan on low flame, add ghee.Add grated carrots, saute for few seconds. Add sugar and saute until sugar is dessolved. Now add milk, mix well. Keep on low flam till the carrots become tender. Now add khova, saffron milk, nuts.Mix well. Add cardamom powder. Now keep on low flame until all the milk is soaked by carrots. Now switch of the flame.
  2. Transfer to serving bowl, garnish with chopped almonds.
