  1. Prepare 1/2 cup ghee
  2. Take 1/2 cup suji / semolina

  6. Make ready 1cup curd( tie in muslin cloth & keep until all water is soaked)
  7. Take as needed Few almonds,soaked & peeled

  1. In a karahi or pan heat ghee & add suji,cook on low flame till golden brown. Switch the flame off & add hung curd, mix nicely to avoid lumps.
  2. Now add sugar & milk. Switch the gas on &cook on low flame cook for 6-8 minutes. Garnish with almonds & serve hot.
