The ingredients needed to make Beetroot & coconut laddoo:
  1. Take 150 gm+ 50 gm desiccated coconut
  2. Get 1/4 cup milk powder
  3. Prepare 4 tbsp Powdered sugar
  4. Prepare 4 tbsp beetroot juice (grate 1 beetroot and squeeze it's juice)
  5. Make ready 1 tsp ghee
Steps to make Beetroot & coconut laddoo:
  1. Put Kadhai on gas. Add ghee. Once ghee becomes hot Add desiccated coconut, milk powder, beetroot juice and Powdered sugar in it. Stir all. Cook on medium flame until all mixture leaves sides of Kadhai.
  2. Switch off gas and let it cool. Make lemon size balls.
  3. Coat them in desiccated coconut. Laddoos are ready.
  4. Keep them in fridge for 1 hour minutes to set.
