Instructions to make Satnaja:
First rinse all the lentils together then soak for 1 hour at least.
Now put it in pressure cooker by adding 2 cups water.add hing,salt,black pepper and turmeric
Let it boil and take out extra puffs from turmeric boiling.now have wait for 3 to 4 whistle
Now on another side take a pan for tadka and add oil.roast cumin and mustard seeds,green chilli and saute them.add onion and ginger garlic.make golden and add add spices.after roasting one minute add tomato and cook for 7 to 8 minutes
Add this to boiled ready lentils.optional you can add coriander leaves in the end.serve hot
