  1. Take 1 lt milk
  2. Get 4 tsp custard
  3. Get 200 grams Vermicelli

  1. Take one litre milk in a pan and boil it. Take small bowl add 2tsp cold milk and 4tsp custard mix well.then add custard mix to milk and add 1cup sugar and vanilla essence and mix well. Add 2tsp corn flour to it.
  2. Then close the stove. Then keep the custard aside to cool down. Take another pan and add little ghee and fry vermicelli add little orange colour to it
  3. Then take a bowl add a layer of vermicelli then alayer of custard on it. Then add a layer of vermicelli again and then a layer of custard. Then again a layer of vermicelli then add dry fruits for garnishing.
  4. Allow it to set in refrigerator for one hour. Then ur sweet is ready to serve.
