  1. Make ready 1 cup tiny prawns
  2. Take 1 large capsicum

  7. Prepare 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  8. Take 1 tsp coriander powder

Instructions to make Capsicum prawns:
  1. Marinate prawns add ½ tsp turmeric and some lemon juice
  2. Cut small pieces of potato and deep fry
  3. In a kadai add 2tbsp of oil and chopped onion
  4. Add in chopped capsicum and let cook
  5. Add in chopped tomato and cook for 3 mins
  6. Add in prawns
  7. Add in paprika powder, coriander powder, turmeric and garam masala
  8. Add in 3tbsp of water and salt to taste and cover with lid and let cook
  9. Once prawns are cooked,add in coriander and lemon juice, fried potato pieces and mix well
  10. Ready to serve
