  3. Fry dough for 2 mins. Let cool
  4. Add egg in batches, until v tip forms. Use pastry bag to form eclair 10cm each
  5. 180 C for 25 mins. 160 C for 15 mins
  6. Let cool and pipe in custard and coated with chocolate
