Take 200 g king size prawns
Get 2 tbs mustard

Instructions to make Fried king prawns:
Marinate prawns in a mix of all the spices for 1/2 an hour
Coat prawns with flour mix then into the cold water then again in the flour mix
Repeat the previous step untill you feel satisfied with the coat. For me I did it for about 3 times.
Fry in oil a deep pan at high heat for 3 minutes untill golden and crispy
Prepare the sauce by mixing all ingredients and add some salt and pepper if needed
Serve in baguette or any rolls you like with wild rocket.
