4. Without wiping the water droplets on the liqueur, measure the lime juice to the scale of 20 ml and put it in the shaker.
5. Then, fresh lime juice, which weighed will be strictly 18 ~ 19ml, but balance of more sweetness and sourness.
6. 20 peppermint leaves removed from the stem, put in a plastic cup and weigh 30 ml of tanqueray gin.
