Instructions to make Sabudhana paddu:
  1. Take a mixing bowl add all the ingredients except oil mix well and make smooth batter
  2. Heat the apple pan or paddy pan smear oil and add the batter to the appearance cavity smear oil on the edges of appetite cover and cook for 3 minutes on a low flame
  3. When approaching is done serve with coconut chutney
