- Cook and drain pasta
- Add broccoli and cauliflower in the last minute of boiling the pasta
- Pan fry chicken (leftovers work really well, especially leftover storebought bbq chicken)
- In pasta pot, melt down garlic butter over medium heat
- Add flour and cornstarch
- Add milk, whisk into a sauce
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Add half the package of cheese, whisk
- Fold in pasta, veg and chicken
- Pour into casserole dish and cover.with remaining cheese
- Bake until cheese browns (approx 20 min)
- Serve and enjoy :)
