  5. Add milk, eggs, salt & pepper.
  6. Add 16 oz sharp cheese.
  7. Mix well, then add half of the other pack of cheese. Mix and level out.
  8. Take remainder of cheese and evenly sprinkle over top.
  9. Bake in preheated oven for 20 mins. Different ovens vary (gas/electric) on cook time. Cheese on top will brown a little when done.
