put a large pot of water on the stove to boil
in smaller (but still large pot) - combine milk, margarine, shredded cauliflower and half of the package of cream cheese. put on stove turn onto medium heat and heat untill just boiling (be sure to stir frequently) and add the flour instill stirring frequently untill it thickens
empty macaroni noodles into boiling pot of water
stir in shredded sharp, parmesan and cream cheese into cauliflower mixture stir untill all cheese is melted then add dijon and salt +pepper to taste remove from heat
cook noodles to your preference strain the noodles put them into a big bowl and combine with cheese sauce
