Shahi tukda is one of the most popular of recent trending foods in the world. It’s easy, it’s quick, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions every day. They’re fine and they look fantastic. Shahi tukda is something that I’ve loved my entire life.
To get started with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can have shahi tukda using 9 ingredients and 8 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.
The ingredients needed to make Shahi tukda:
Take white bread pieces
Get full fat milk
Take milk powder
Prepare condensed milk
Get cardamom crushed
Get saffron strands while garnishing and serving(optional)
Take nuts as per choice and as needed while serving
Make ready Honey at the time of serving
Make ready Ghee for roasting bread slices
Instructions to make Shahi tukda:
Add milk in container and let it come to boil. Let it be on low heat till reduced and gets thick.(consistency can be decided accordingly)
Once it gets little thick add milk powder, condensed milk.Mix well. - Then add elaichi powder. Stir well.
Take pieces of bread and can give desired shape as per choice.Here I have given round shape with the help of glass and triangle shape
Shallow fry bread by adding required amount of ghee.Both the sides till turns golden brown in colour. Place it on a container.
Check the sweetness of rabri.Adjust accordingly. Once done switch off the gas.
Add rabri on bread platter.
Garnish with kesar, honey, add nuts.Here I have used 4 to 5 almonds and 4 to 5 pistachios.
It is ready to be served. Serve hot and enjoy.
