  2. Cut the bread slices in triangles and deep fry in ghee. Prepare sugar syrup seperately and add the fried slices in the syrup. Keep for 5 minutes and take out and keep on the serving plate
  3. Now mix the mango purée in the kheer and chop mango cubes. Pour the mango kheer and decorate with the chopped mangoes and pistachios and cardamom powder after chilling
