  2. Cut 1/4 of the pepper tops off lengthwise to make little "boats" and gut out the inside
  3. In a skillet, brown the sausage, once cooked add onion, garlic, cream cheese and garlic powder. Cook until cream cheese in incorporated
  4. Spoon the mixture into each pepper, top with about a tsp of breadcrumbs and pat them down, then sprinkle with cheese and cilantro.
  5. Cook 15 min until cheese is browned.
  6. BAM! Super fun little appetizers. We enjoyed ours with icy cold Blue Moon beer. Yummy.
