Add vegetable cooking oil into medium heat pan or wok, add garlic, onion, lemongrass, carrot and minced chicken or pork in and quick stir. Add the rest of vegetable in and mix well.
Seasoning with soysauce, oyster sauce, fishsauce and sugar. Quick stir and add rice in, mix well. Make room on the corner of the pan, add egg in and mix well until egg cooked.
Make crispy basil: Put basil in the oven 180c for 10 min or until basil start to crisp up.
