  2. Add water +milk and let it boil.
  3. Add the sugar, salt and cardmom. when it starts to boil medium the flame and cook for 8-10 mins.
  4. Take another pan,add ghee and fry the raisins, cashews and coconut pieces and add to the drink.Fry shallots in ghee till brown and add to the drink.Serve hot or cold.
