  1. In a pot fry palm oil, add slice onions and sauté add the blended tomatoes, pepper, onions allow to fry add water, add meat stock.
  2. Wash rice till the water is clear add rice to the boiling ingredients add roasted fish, crayfish, locust beans, seasoning cubes, salt. Cover and Allow to cook.
  3. Once the water has drain and done add the washed ugu leaves and allow to simmer.
