The ingredients needed to make Fried Rice:
  1. Prepare 2 cups cooked rice
  2. Get 1 handful cabbage chopped
  3. Prepare 1 pc ham sliced squares
  4. Prepare 4 cloves garlic chopped
  5. Take 1/2 carrot chopped
  6. Get 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  7. Take 2 pcs chikuwa(japanese rolled fish cake) sliced
  8. Prepare 1 egg beaten
  9. Take to taste Salt and pepper
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp cooking oil
Steps to make Fried Rice:
  1. Heat up oil in the pan. Sautee the garlic till it fragrance and golden brown. Put the chikuwa and ham, pepper and stir. Add the carrots and cabbage. Stir for 1-2 mins.
  2. Add the cooked rice. Mixed it. Put a space in the middle and pour the egg beaten, add some salt and stir. Add oyster sauce. And mixed everything for 3 minutes.
  3. Then serve while it's hot.
