First wash chicken, take a mixing bowl put chicken pieces add soy sauce, fish sauce, ginger - garlic paste,red chilli powder, kashmiri red chilli powder, salt mix well, keep aside for two hours,
In other side put milk and vinegar in the bowl rest for twenty minutes, buttermilk is ready and keep aside,
Now pour the buttermilk in the chicken pieces then mix and keep rest it for whole night in the refrigerator,
Next day remove from the refrigerator,
Make a dry mixture of refined flour and corn flower and black pepper powder, and make a egg mixture with two broken eggs,
Now put chicken pieces in the refined flour mixture then put to the egg mix again put to the refined flour mix and coated well
Heat the pan properly because it's necessary, put enough oil
And deep fry all chicken pieces served with salad and dhania chutney.
