  1. First of all boiled the noodles according to the instructions, after boiling drain the water set aside.
  2. Now take chicken boneless cubes and marinated with the ingredients put in fridge gor 20 minutes.
  3. Now wash vegetables and cut in cubes and crush the garlic.
  4. Now heat pan add oil and garlic crush sauté then add marinated chicken stir fry it then add 1/4 cup water then cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
  5. Now when the chicken cook completely add vegetables and sauté for 2, 3 minutes (don’t change colour) set a side,then make a sauce add chicken stock and all the spices and sauces stir it continuely then add 1 tbsp of cornflour for medium thick consistency then add chicken, vegetables nand noodles, mix it well at end switch off the flame then add soring onions.
