- To this add milk, oil, vanilla essence and combine well.
- Add flour mixture, mix well without lumps.
- Pour this mixture into greased cake tins.
- Sprinkle dry fruits and raisins.Bake for 17-20 minutes at 180 c or skewer stick inserted comes out clean.
- Let it cool down and serve.
