  3. Take a pan/Kadhai, add ghee, milk, jaggery powder and cocoa powder. Mix it well. Once you see bubbles, set your timer for 2 minutes and let it boil.
  4. Switch off the flame after 2 mins and mix in peanut butter, Vanilla extract, roasted oats, powder and chopped walnuts.
  5. Mix it well, with help of spoon spread the mix on parchment paper and shape into cookies. Rest them for 30 minutes in refrigerator. Serve cookies with coffee, tea or milk.
