  8. Preheat the oven to 180°C or 355°F. And prepare pans lined with baking paper or silicon baking mats. (I tried both ways and got better result with the silicon mat, however it is opnional)
  9. Form cookie dough balls, place on the pan (optional add kosher salt on top, more chocolate)
  10. Bake for 10-12 mins or till slightly golden brown on the edges or on the bottom. (Cookies continue cooking even after coming out of the oven so dont worry if your cookies look undone they will continue cooking as they cool) Let cool for 8 mins in the pan then place on a cooling rack to cool completly.
  11. Taste best when its warm fresh out of the oven.
