Take 1 bowl square chopped Paneer,1/2 bowl square chopped capsicum,1/2 bowl square chopped onion and add 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes,1/2 teaspoon garam masala,1/2 teaspoon degi Mirch,2 inch red food colour,1/2 lemon juice,1 teaspoon salt,1/2 teaspoon anchor powder and 2-3 tablespoon corn flour and mix well and let it marinate for 10 mins.
  2. After 10 mins take a pan and add 3 tablespoon mustard oil now add the marinated stuffing and fry till golden brown from all sides.
  3. Take a bread slice can cut it's corners and flatten it with a rolling pin now blend the stuffing and blend it with roughly.
  4. Now make a maida and water paste, and apply it on all corners of the bread and add the stuffing now close the bread and press it a little, now add some butter in a pan and fry it till golden brown from both sides.
