  8. Place 7 rolls around the tin and one in middle. Cover with plastic wrap or moistened kitchen towel once more and allow them to rise for about 20-30 minutes.
  9. This picture is after the second rising. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C. When the dough doubles in size, bake in oven for about 20 minutes.
  10. Bake until nice and golden brown.
